Martin Yan introduced thousands of North Americans to the joy of Chinese cooking through his cookbooks and popular television show, "Yan Can Cook." Now you can have his recipes from the show plus many more. The "Wok Dishes" cookbook is also filled with great ideas for stiry-fry and other pleasures of Chinese cooking.
