As I mentioned in my previous blog, I am leaving today to visit my mom in her beautiful, picturesque town of Point Reyes Station, California. I'll be writing my blogs from there for the next couple weeks. I hope to find more cookbooks at the thrift store in town that I can tell you about, but not before I head to the Cowgirl Creamery for some Point Reyes blue cheese, and then maybe go enjoy it at the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore. Shouldn't be such a hard couple weeks, do you think?
Since I can't visit Cowgirl Creamery in person, I'll enjoy it vicariously through your blog. The Point Reyes blue is one of my very favorite cheeses. Have fun, eat well.
ReplyDeleteI'll be in town tomorrow for the cheese, Farmer's Market, and then the thrift shop to see if they have any cookbooks. I have already found a bagful of books from another thrift shop by the car rental place, which are probably the ones that will be on the blog next week. No Wine Road books yet!
